I'll come in Peru between july and august; i don't know what kind of clothes should i carry with me, because i will see Lima, Paracas, Pisco e Nazca where people told me that the climate is hot.......while when i will get to Cuzco, Macchu Picchu and Puno, i suppose that the climate will be cold, because these towns are at an elevate altitude.....So please tell me what clothes i need (heavy or light..or both) for my vacation.

You need both, In July is winter (that is not a secret) but In Lima, Paracas, Pisco and Nazca weather could be 13 C... at night, and in Cusco and Puno could be 0 C. at night...or - 4C....
Machu Picchu is warmer than Cuzco and Puno cause is in the Jungle.
If you dont take enough clothes be sure that you could buy in Peru, cause is not too much expensive , In cusco there are a lot of indian markets there you can buy gloves,etc etc, made of wool (alpaca)
