Soups: Huachana Soup
Ingredients
- 3 liters of beef broth
- ½ onion, diced
- 150 g of angel hair pasta
- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper
- ¼ kg of beef, cut into long strips
- 1 tablespoon of ground chili
- Oregano
- Oil
Preparation
In a large saucepan with hot oil, sauté the onion, tomato, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, ground chili, and beef strips. Once everything is golden, add the beef broth. Let simmer for a minute, then add the potatoes. Cook over low heat until all the ingredients are done. Five minutes before serving, add the angel hair pasta.
