Sauces: Creole Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 large onion, sliced thinly
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 green chili, chopped (seeded)
- 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Wash the sliced onion with salt. Mix the onion with parsley and chili. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add lemon juice or vinegar and oil. Mix well.
It is used to accompany meats, fish, and chicken chicharrón.
