Pasta: Stir-Fried Noodles
Ingredients
- ½ package of cooked Chinese noodles
- ½ kg of pork, beef, or chicken
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 green chili
- 1 tablespoon of pepper
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 5 spring onions
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Ginger cut into strips
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Boil the noodles and drain them. In a pan with oil, fry the diced meat, seasoned with salt and pepper. Add the onion, tomato, and chopped green chili. Then add the vinegar, one tablespoon of soy sauce, chopped spring onions, and ginger strips. Mix everything, adjust the salt, and before serving, add the cooked noodles. Mix well and serve hot.
