Side Dishes: Potatoes with Chili
Ingredients
- ½ kg of potatoes
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon of pepper
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons of ground yellow chili pepper
- water
- oil
- chopped cilantro
Preparation
In a saucepan, pour the oil and fry the chopped onion, garlic, ground yellow chili pepper, salt, and pepper. Add the peeled, raw potatoes cut into quarters. Cover with a bit of water. Once the potatoes are cooked, mash a few to make the preparation creamy, then sprinkle with chopped cilantro. This dish is a side for fried fish.
