Chicken: Fried Chicken

Cut strips of 6 cm long by 2 cm wide. Season the chicken with mustard, oregano, vinegar, pepper, and salt. Let the chicken marinate for about half an hour. Set aside. In one bowl, place the flour, in another the lightly beaten egg, and in a third, the breadcrumbs. Coat the marinated chicken strips in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs, and fry them in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper and serve with fried potatoes and criolla sauce.
