Cold Starters: Queen Avocado
Ingredients (for 6 people)
- 6 ripe avocados
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 lemon
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 handful of peas
- Mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
In a pot, boil the chicken breasts, peeled carrot, peas, salt, and pepper for 20 minutes. Once cooked, shred the chicken; cut the carrot and raw celery into small cubes. Mix everything with the mayonnaise.
Peel the avocados and cut them in half; drizzle with a few drops of lemon juice to prevent oxidation. Stuff and serve cold.
