Fish/Seafood: Spicy Seafood
Ingredients
- ¼ kilo of octopus
- ¼ kilo of crab meat
- 2 dozen snails
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tablespoons of ground garlic
- 1 tablespoon of "ají panca" chili
- 1 cup of concentrated fish broth
- Oil
- Salt, pepper, and cumin to taste
- 2 tablespoons of ground yellow chili
- Parsley, cilantro, and rocoto chili to taste
Preparation
Sauté the onion, garlic, and fresh ground chili with salt, pepper, "ají colorado" chili, and cumin in a bit of oil. After a few minutes, add the broth. Add the cleaned seafood, and when almost cooked, add the rocoto chili, parsley, and cilantro. Serve with white rice.
