Cocktails: Pisco Sour
Ingredients
- 1 cup of lemon juice
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3 cups of pisco
- 2 egg whites
- ½ blender glass of ice
- Angostura bitters
Preparation
Place the ice in the blender. Blend the egg whites with the sugar until dissolved. Add the pisco, then the lemon juice and ice. Blend well. Serve slowly to get plenty of foam. Add a few drops of Angostura bitters to each glass.
