Sift the flour with the baking powder. On a work surface, form a well with the flour, and in the center, add the egg yolks mixed with the pisco and the cold melted margarine. Knead gently until the dough is smooth and uniform. Let it rest covered with a cloth. Roll out finely with a lightly floured rolling pin and cut into strips of about 10 cm in length. Cut the strips into squares and join two crossed edges with egg white. Fry in plenty of oil until golden. Fill each side with dulce de leche and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
