Desserts: Frozen Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 liter of fresh milk
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 100 grams of dry grated coconut
- 4 cloves
- Ground cinnamon
Preparation
Boil the liter of fresh milk with the cinnamon, cloves, and grated coconut until it reduces by half. Remove, strain, and set aside. Beat the condensed milk with the evaporated milk and incorporate the fresh milk mixture. Pour into a heatproof dish or individual bowls and freeze for at least 6 hours. Unmold and sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Serve immediately.
