Cold Starters: Shrimp Cocktail
Ingredients
- ½ kilo of shrimp
- 1 avocado
Golf sauce
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons of ketchup
- 3 tablespoons of heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of brandy
- 2 drops of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Boil the shrimp in salted water and set aside. Mix the mayonnaise with the ketchup, heavy cream, lemon juice, brandy, and Worcestershire sauce. In a wide-rimmed glass or bowl, place the diced avocado and shrimp. Pour the sauce over the top. Garnish with avocado slices and shrimp tails. Serve immediately.
