Chicken: Chicken in Soy Sauce
Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 1 large whole chicken
- 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons of mensi sauce
- soy sauce to taste
- ¼ teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon of ground rosemary
- 3 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- salt and pepper
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the sauces, mustard, oil, cumin, and rosemary. Make a cut along the chicken breast to insert some of the mixture. Then, cover the entire chicken, inside and out, with the remaining mixture. Let it rest for 12 hours.
Place the whole chicken in a roasting pan and bake in a moderate oven until cooked and golden.
