Beef/Lamb: Meat Carbonada
Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 1 small peeled tomato
- 1 level teaspoon of pepper
- oil
- ¼ of potatoes cut into small cubes
- 1 cup of cooked peas
- ¼ kg of minced meat
- 1 piece of chopped cabbage
- 1 piece of squash cut into cubes
Preparation
In a pot with hot oil, fry the onion, garlic, chopped tomato, meat, pepper, and salt well. Add the vegetables, potatoes, and a bit of water for cooking. Once the meat and potatoes are cooked, add the cooked peas. Mix and serve with white rice.
