Pasta: Noodles in Green Sauce
Ingredients
- ½ kilo of noodles (tallarini)
- Basil
- Cheese
- Garlic
- Oil
- Salt
Preparation
Cook the noodles al dente. Wash the basil, remove the leaves, and grind (in a mortar or blender) with the cheese, garlic, oil, and salt. Once blended, set aside in a bowl. Heat the noodles and add the basil cream, mix, and adjust the salt. Serve hot accompanied by a breaded steak.
