Cocktails: Algarrobina
Ingredients (for 6 people)
- 2 cups of pisco
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of algarrobina syrup
- ¾ cup of sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- Ice
- Ground cinnamon
Preparation
Blend the milk with the sugar until dissolved. Add the algarrobina syrup, egg yolk, and ice, and continue blending. Serve in a tall glass and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
