Beef/Lamb: Stir-Fried Beef
Ingredients
- ½ kilo of tender beef
 - 1 onion
 - 1 tomato
 - 1 teaspoon of pepper
 - 5 spring onions
 - 1 tablespoon of vinegar
 - 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
 - 2 tablespoons of oil
 - 1 yellow chili pepper cut into strips
 - French fries
 
Preparation
Cut the meat into thin strips about 3 cm long. Season with salt and pepper, and fry in a hot oiled pan. Add the onion and tomato cut into large pieces lengthwise, the yellow chili pepper, a dash of vinegar, a pinch of sugar, salt, and soy sauce. Stir-fry in the pan, adding chopped spring onions. Adjust the salt and add the French fries. Mix well and serve with white rice.
Optional: Add a bit of chopped lettuce with the meat.
