Beef/Lamb: Peppery Italian Squash
Ingredients
- 6 diced zucchini
- ¼ kg of ground beef or chicken
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 teaspoon of ground garlic
- 1 small tomato
- 1 small onion
- oil
Preparation
Wash the zucchini, remove the seeds, and cut them into small cubes with the skin on. Fry them in very hot oil to seal them and prevent them from releasing too much water. Set aside.
In a pan, fry the meat previously seasoned with salt and pepper. Add the chopped onion and tomato. Then, add the zucchini with the paprika. Mix well and serve immediately with white rice.
