Beef/Lamb: Meat Barbecue
Ingredients
- 1 kg of grilling meat
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of cumin
- 2 tablespoons of ground garlic
- 1½ tablespoons of dried oregano
- 1 glass of dark beer
- salt
- ½ teaspoon of seasoning (ajinomoto)
Preparation
Cut the meat into thin steaks. In a bowl, place the pepper, cumin, garlic, salt, seasoning, oregano, and add the beer. Mix everything well. Marinate the meat in this dressing for several hours. Light the grill with plenty of charcoal, and when it's very hot, place the meat. During cooking, baste constantly with the marinade. Serve with boiled potatoes and a salad.
