Hot Starters: Fried Squid
Ingredients
- 1 kg of raw squid
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
Preparation
Clean and cut the squid into rings, season with salt and pepper, then coat them with a mixture of mustard, egg, and soy sauce. Dredge the squid in flour and fry in plenty of hot oil. Serve with tartar sauce.
