Fish/Seafood: Fried Fish
Ingredients
- Fish cut into pieces
- Fresh grated ginger (only the juice is used)
- Pepper to taste
- Soy sauce
- Potato flour
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the ginger juice, pepper, soy sauce, and salt. Add the fish and mix carefully. Coat the fish lightly with potato flour. In a pan with hot oil, brown the garlic cloves, then remove them and fry the fish pieces until golden. Serve with onion salad, white rice, and boiled and fried potatoes.
