Beef/Lamb: Seasonal Cabbage
Ingredients
- 1 cabbage
- 1 small onion cut into small squares
- 1 tablespoon of pepper
- 1 tablespoon of ground garlic
- oil
- meat cut into long pieces
Preparation
Finely cut the cabbage, removing the central vein, and add salt and pepper. In a pan with hot oil, fry the onion, garlic, and meat with salt and pepper. Once everything is well fried, add the chopped cabbage and stir immediately to combine the preparation with the cabbage, thus preventing the cabbage from releasing water. Serve immediately with white rice. Note: this stir-fry dish is made at the last moment, with plenty of pepper or to your taste.
