Fish/Seafood: Milanese Fish
Ingredients
- ¾ kilo of fish fillets
- 1 egg
- 5 tablespoons of oil
- 6 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- Salt, pepper, and lemon to taste
Preparation
Season the fillets with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Dip the fish in beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs, and fry. Serve with white rice and salad.
