Pork: Golden Chops
Ingredients
- 1 kilo of pork chops
- 3 yellow chilies
- 4 garlic cloves
- ½ cup of vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Clean the chilies well, removing the seeds and veins. Blend them with the garlic and vinegar. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chops and coat them with the previous mixture. Place them in a baking dish and roast at moderate heat for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with the salad of your choice.
